0057 UTC An OM with a scratchy voice yelling about something, followed by him making siren or animal noises
(Seems to be some music in the background) S7 peaks and above the noise, but the yelling OM is hard to copy
0104 UTC Said something about "when the bombs drop"..."you may think I'm crazy"..."I'm perfectly sane"...something about "mutants" "I Want to survive and this is why I'm here tonight" "These men are men among men...survivors"

0108 UTC: The host seems to be named Trevor. Now there's some sort of radio interview going on.
