Have them at about S8 at 2312z. Not familiar with the reggae song.

Very weak here at 2312 S2 at best

At 2319utc poor here in Chicagoland (NE Illinois). Hear ominous sounding voice saying broadcasting from (faded out) and gave box 1 Belfast NY, sed "happy Halloween", stereotypical witch laughter.

Not much of a signal 35 miles SW of Chicago ... about S5 fading in/out.
