KPZL, Puzzle Radio, on 6933 kHz CW. Weak and still a bit early to make much out, but clear ID in CW and catching bits and pieces of it. "vampires roam on halloween" "all and seething with spite" "steganographia happy halloween KPZL puzzle radio", etc
Restarting 2334 UTC it sounds like.

Heard here around 0014, with the VFO drifting all around. On purpose for Halloween, I think :-)

Also in Chicago around 0019 at S4 - will decode later
0020 now without the drift
-
Cw here at 0022 UTC.
seems to go 5 or 6 minutes and then starts over . Still on at 0037 UTC

Caught a Puzzle Radio ID and then went on about Vampires Roaming. About 429 in western Canada sending at about 15 WPM.
-
Caching it here in NW Ohio. 0151Z.

Still there at 0235 with a strong signal. S7 on the Perseus.
Puzzling indeed.

And still going (& still wobbly) at 4:18z
-
Listening to it here for about the past 10 minutes, too

Recorder catch:
Receiver parked on 6932 USB
This must of been what I heard last night tuning around - haven't had a chance to confirm, but I'm betting it was KPZL
