1102 UTC Yl with number  in groups with tones between groups then Om speaking in Russian.

   This is very interesting. I understood what the man says in Russian at the beginning:
"An American company has released a recording of a private space rocket's launch computer check."
Then comes a series of check numbers, but why are they pronounced in Russian?
  The structure of the message does not correspond to the syntax of number sations.
I suggest moving this to Utility

This is neither a numbers station nor a utility operator. In those sepcialised groups all contributors are aware that this is a prank - nothing worth reporting.

 It makes you think that if someone announces "World War III" on the radio,
let's not rush to crawl to the cemetery!
  For me too it was an illogical event!
