I gave a listen to your clips and tried tuning in this morning.
From 1444-1452 UTC today (Oct. 24) there were several sstv transmissions, maybe there was some brief faint music at 1452 then gone. SSTV started at 1508 again.
Your third clip (Oct. 23) had two interesting catches which might help ID.....the background music is "Secret" by the Belgian group Absolom. In first 10 seconds in, it sounds like the Spanish words "tarde" and "miércoles" which translate to afternoon and Wednesday, respectively, which was when you heard transmission.
If it is Spanish, maybe from Central/South America?

Yes that last clip definitely says Radio Capullo and they give the actual frequency (well, they say 26600 but close enough) so it's an intentional transmission, which is kind of wild since it seems well produced and would have approximately zero listeners. All of the clips were too bassy for me to understand.
