0248 UTC: Blues guitar music, then SSTV as I hear a guy "barking" or "borking" in the audio.
0249 UTC: The SSTV said "Don't do drugs on pirate radio. DILLIGAF (?) Radio."
0250 UTC: More blues music, then slowed-down talking, then more blues music.
