Strong signal, S6 - S7 into Houston, TX
Interval signals, ID with Dr. Z, shouting out HFU and into a three song theme for us all to figure out.
01:07: AC/DC - Big Balls
01:11: ID and into a commercial. ID: "I have big tits, and I listen to Midnight Radio"
01:12: Joe Walsh - I.L.B.T.'s (I think the theme here is big body parts).
01:14: ID and commercials, "post your guesses on the theme on HFU and maybe win some swag"
01:16: ID "The station your parents warned you about, Midnight Radio, arrrrrrr"
01:16: ZZ Top - Pearl Necklace (Ok, so the theme isn't about certain enlarged body parts, but sex!)
01:20: ID and recap of the three songs played already.
01:20: Nazareth - Hair of the Dog
01:36: Sammy Hagar - Three Lock Box
01:39: ID and into Wall of Voodoo - Mexican Radio
01:44: Mention of getting the knock and a van with antennas outside, and time to wrap things up, sending reports to HFU.
01:45: Bell tolling interval signal."Hey kids, you know what this is? Interval signal. Old School. It means shit's about to go down...."
Thanks for the show, Dr. Z!

216- Just an in and out carrier here, with an occasional wisp of audio, and a few short rises up so I can copy a bit. Sounds like rock bass guitar forward song?
218- Someone on the mic. Then caught OM recorded ID "Midnight Radio Shortwave."
218- OM and YL speaking. Recorded bit or skit? Think I caught an "ARRRRRRG" in there.
219- Spooky laughing.
219- Clear OM recorded ID for Midnight Radio.

Just got around to listening to my Perseus wav files. Noted the sign on just after 01:00 UTC, but too poor to make anything out. Slowly improved at my location in the North Pacific. Peaked about 01:30 to 01:45. Never really made it beyond the mumbles and music level here. Carrier off at about 02:30 UTC.
Thanks for the efforts! 73, Walt
Might have spoken too soon, as someone came back (Midnight Radio or someone else) by 02:45. A smidgeon stronger, but not by much. Still going when I pulled the plug at 03:15 UTC.
