Well, here's a new one....sounds like some guy running intentional interference? He's obviously chanting something in a repetitive fashion, but I can't make out what's being said.

Any idea what's going on here? Recorded via SDR in Central NC.

Speculation based off the frequency and time of intercept is the RU/UA radio war on 7055.  Your recording is presumed not on frequency making the audio difficult to ID.
