Very good reception on H501x with whip in Shaker Heights, OH

0031 Really not sure what this transmission is in actuality, reminds me when I practiced drums on a thick rubber slab on a wooden plank.🤷

Looking at the daily annotated waterfall, this seems to have been a wide-band UTE of some type:
