Tuned in at 0022 on Brookfield WI sdr with fair/poor S9 to S9+10 signal, distorted audio, pop music from 1970's &80's, off at 0028.

SDR recording catch. Tough reception, SIO 211, a fair bit of QSB, QRM from peskies.
