Assuming this is an Alfa Tango country prefix of 101(usually the country prefix comes first) 300 is West Sahara-rio De Oro so that is not likely. This OM was coming into Seattle, WA USA loud and clear with an S7 over a noise floor of S6. He had a slight British sounding accent. I apologize if that is offensive to the Kiwis ;D If anyWUN knows him please let him know he made it to the states.
