2222 - No copy now.

2230 - Been keeping an eye/ear on the freq. Occasionally, something fades in for just a second. Not sure if related or not.

The buzzing in the background is a Russian channel marker. If the song was the Ukrainian national anthem, then it's possible the Ukraine/Russia radio war has moved to 6930, and this was not a pirate. Although the signal strength was pretty strong.
