HELP! What the heck is happening?
Same audio on multiple freqs. Sounds like it's slowed down.
2238 - May have heard the word "Russia" in EE.
2256 - All gone for a few minutes now. Really bizarre.

Seems to be either a Peskie or Brasil pirate SIO: 555 in Brasilia Brazil
