I was monitoring 1710 and noticed an AM carrier come up on 1720 around 0325 UTC.  There seemed to be weak audio associated with it when the signal peaked, but it was too weak to comprehend anything.  Carrier went off at 0338, perhaps someone testing?

I also noted a carrier last night! But even the carrier was barely showing up.
