While listening at approximately 1600 EST I heard several callsigns and a "net control"
Callsigns were varieties of "AAR4xx"

Weak signal, but the net control was looking for stations to check in. Net Control cleared at approximately 1615 hours.

AAR call signs are usend by US Army MARS stations.
