I was monitoring the 40 meter band when I came across Scott Joplin Radio Shortwave Pirate tranmstting on 7.ooo usb right at the bottom portion of the 40m band. very unusually for a pirate to be on this freq. nice joplin tunes. off at 02:50 UTC.
