Just tuned in at 14:41 UTC and heard station ID
Just readable into southern Illinois

Came back at 15:12 after breakfast and I can still hear something poke up though the noise every now and then, but not readable anymore.

S5 into Houston, TX with some light QSB this morning.

1523- I'm searching for a Kiwi that can hear them. Nothing on my local RX.
  Barely audible at Whitehouse, Tenn. RX  SINPO there is 25442 but dropping fast.

1526- Update: OK here we go. Good signal at Forney, TX SDR. s7 but SINPO 45444.
          Techno-Pop. Good Audio from what I can tell.
