Title: What's on 9.390

Today & one other past day I tried picking up R. Thailand in English to Europe @ 1900gmt. (according to primetimeshortwave) but instead hear "Japanese". Any clues?

My list shows Thailand in Korean on that freq at 1900 UTC.
