Reach Beyond Australia via Kununurra, Western Australia site.  Station IS and ID by male in English repeated starting at 2225 till 2230.  Program in Japanese followed by male announcer. Strong signal with SINPO:  4/5/4/5/4

Nice catch.  My last logging of RBA was Jan. of 2023 with a 44344.
