Title: Radio La Montaña/Radio San Antonio 4940 AM 0520 UTC 03 FEB 2025

0520-0530 UTC. SIO 444 to 4344.  Spanish programming with male speaker. WRTH refers to station as "Radio La Montaña", but it is often reported as Radio San Antonio.  Location thought to be on the Venezuelan-Colombian border.
