Fair to good signal with some fading (S-7 to S-9) via the Atwater, Ohio, SDR ...

I have it with a fair signal (SIO 333). I had this before at 0056 then off.  Thanks for the show.

Signal increased nicely around 01:08z-01:12z; off at 01:16z.  Audio sounded good.
