Weak station with music ? Possible Id at 1420.

 Really good signal here now at 1433 with positive ID S5+
Mariyn Manson song at 1440. I agree with Chris believe this to be a relay .

Just tuned in to hard rock music at 1428z and a Radio Totse ID.
S7 signal here and good audio. 35343

"This is Radio Totse ........6925 upper side band" at 1428z

1429z - Seether - "Broken
1837z - ID again with Totse given phonetically.

Propagation theory suggests this is a NAm relay.
