Frequency / QRG 27195 kHz 27,195
27.195 MHz FM
Multiple data bursts (fast frequency shift keying), MFSK and what sounds like POCSAG or CCIR paging signals on top of each other on 27.195 MHz. 4.5 kHz to 5 kHz bandwidth for the constant nonstop data stream signal. Received via the W3HFU SDR. Received locally yesterday evening around 3:45pm or 4:00pm Eastern time in Richmond, Virginia. My Pro-106 scanner (also known as a Pro-651 scanner) actually decoded the FSK bursts as 107.2 Hz CTCSS tone and 118.8 Hz CTCSS tones which is not unheard of for things like OTH radar as it falsely decodes the PRF as a tone or DCS code, but still unique for the RCRS frequencies.

Data stream with sporadic bursts on top of the continuous data stream noted at 1930 UTC on 21 February 2025 both locally on 27.195 MHz and on the W3HFU SDRs - 120 ft T2FD antenna and the one with the 900 foot sky loop antenna.
At 1929 UTC and 1930 UTC, weak to fair AM voice comms noted on frequency 27.195 MHz AM, unable to hear any actual voice (enough to make out language, etc.) due to data QRM.
