2035 Music, fairly weak here.
2313 Carrier, not sure about any audio.

S9 with the Vermont KiwiSDR. Exact frequency is around 6923.22v kHz.
2048 UTC-Very low modulation, French easy listening music?
This frequency with similar modulation has been used by Locomotive Radio.

I've seen this signal on for at least 45 minutes now. So far, however, I can only get the faintest hint of music from some New England-area SDRs.
2050 UTC: Signal's a bit stronger now via the Poland, New York, SDR with French-language music. Shazam says it's "J'ai perdu la tete" by Charles Aznavour at the moment.
2100 UTC: Sounds like more Charles Aznavour music, but the signal has retreated mostly to the noise level again.
-
2052 weak audio here.
2057 "La bohème" by Charles Aznavour.
2108 "Comme ils disent" by Charles Aznavour.
2112 "Hier encore" by Charles Aznavour.
