Been monitoring an electro mix here since 0710z. DXer in MN also hearing it. Currently N/S null.

Weak signal out west here, but a very good signal heard via the Atwater, Ohio, SDR. It seems centered on 3874.5 kHz USB ...

I could swear they've been throwing wattage at any ham that keys up close.
Got some hams talking under them @ 0750.
