From the report:
Hiring. In FY2024, the Commission hired two full-time employees and is currently in the process of hiring additional full-time positions.
As the report came out before the inauguration, you'd have to wonder if the hired workers (probably probationary) are still with the FCC and if the opening still exists.
Note: Undoubtedly, had the enforcement officers been able to put snow tires on their, purchased per the report, "customized mobile direction-finding (MDFX) investigative vehicles" and venture into the Granite State, New Hampshire would have surpassed New York's Pirate Enforcement Action - What is that state's motto? "(Long) Live Free (Radio) or Die"? ;)
