Radio Nikkei 2 via Chiba Japan. Female announcer in Japanese hosting pop music program with signoff at 1000 UTC.  Decent signal here in SW Florida with SINPO 3/3/3/3/3.  Logged with Kenwood ts-440 and 60' Loop-on-Ground antenna.
