Post by: Ct Yankee on March 18, 2025, 1224 UTC
Well, as the first MLB game wraps up, it's about time to list the flamethrowers that will pierce the summer nights. No significant changes other than the call letters for WCBS.  Batter up......

All stations are the flagship unless noted.

670am WSCR Chicago Cubs
680am KNBR San Francisco Giants
700am WLW Cincinnati Reds
710am KIRO Seattle Mariners
830am WCCO Minnesota Twins
850am KOA Colorado Rockies
880am WHSQ New York Mets
1000am WMVP Chicago White Sox
1020am KDKA Pittsburgh Pirates*

620 am WTMJ Flagship station of the Milwaukee Brewers.  Great signal unless you're past 10 miles of the transmitter,
unless its past sunset
unless you don't  live directly north of Milwaukee
unless all the stars aren't  in perfect alignment.....

One would think and I did pick it up in NY in my teen years.  However, it is a Class B station - 50K day, 10k night.
But I always appreciate feedback.  :)
