I receive this on quite regularly, though weak. Listenable but quite noisy.

Good morning. This radiostation was picked up in this northern part of France at 20.27 with 5 dB and a SINPO of 34333 when it played Electric Light Orchestra (E.L.O.)'s band title. B.L.
