Via a recording.  Alerted by the HFU posting, I waited, expectantly.  Maybe some audio at 2046 and faint music at 2059.  Unusable almost to the end at 2135 when the OP gave an ID and asked for HFU postings.  About 13 dB above the background, but accompanied by noise on 6928.5 or so.  25341 in Wyomissing
