I heard a new to me TIS station last night at 0020 UTC on 1620 kHz - WRVU871 from Winsted in Litchfield county, CT. DX ToolBox made it easy for me to ID it, even with a partial ID, using the Travelers Information Station search/data window. It even told me it was 409 km away.
DX ToolBox is available for Windows and macOS and can be downloaded here, free to try and fully test out! https://www.blackcatsystems.com/software/dxtoolbox.html
