Radio Slovakia International via UAE in Russian with several Clear IDs, Presumed News and Commentary by Male/Female announcers. Station ID in English at sign-off. Good signals with some atmospheric burst of noise. SINPO 4/5/3/5/4. Logged with RTL-SDR.com dongle into a 60' Loop-on-Ground antenna feeding a K-480WLA pre-amp
