Weak direct but recognizable. Stronger on a Michigan KiwiSDR. Anyone know what beacon this is?

  "VCO/B FN15 AR"  I *think* it is run by VA3VCO Ferguson Falls Ontario..That location is south west of Ottawa..I'm hearing it at 3pm (1900z) on April 25..

Received a reply from Joe, owner/operator of the beacon..As I stated above, it is operated by VA3VCO, S/W of Ottawa. Homebrew transmitter and keyer..Antenna is a G5RV...
