Hi.
This UNID station was picked up with a maximum signal strengh of 4 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. 25232.
17.25 : Long talk in a language which I couldn't hear due to the stormy weather.
Could it be Radio Blacksmith Knoll from Finland as the propagation was becoming better and better to this bearing ?
