I was told by a Dutch speaker that it is the Veluws Piratenteam - no idea who is relaying them though. Fair signal at 1045 UTC

This transmission was heard with 5.5 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. of 35222.

This was a bad indoor reception at 09.50 with too much Q.R.M. Noisy.
