Vesti FM apparently being transmitted from the Grigoriopol site in Russian-occupied Moldova / Pridnestrovye/Transnistria.
A good signal here, SIO 444. Russian, but I can pick out some words like mentions of NATO.

With more to come tomorrow

Out here near Seattle, I caught one of yesterday's broadcasts on 13730 kHz and the 1600 UTC one today on 15175 kHz. Both came in poorly here, unlike a couple of the Vesti FM test transmissions in April, a couple of which boomed in here.
Eager to see how the 2000 UTC transmission today and tomorrow's test transmissions come in.

Good reception with fades, Russian service. (Had nothing on 13730 on 19 May)
2003 OM in Russian, mentioned Russia several times
2006 Transitional music to another OM speaking, then YL
2058 "Amerika"
2100 Time pips, off
Last few minutes of broadcast almost sounded like jamming

The 2000 UTC transmission was received here MUCH better than the 1600 UTC broadcast. Overall, SINPO 35333 with Russian talking audio very readable throughout the hour.
