RRO with their 0000z broadcast in English to NA East Coast.  S9+10 with QSB on 11620.
Nice signal throughout the broadcast.  IS and into French at 0100z.

RRO with their 0000-0100z broadcast in English to NA East Coast.  Brief carrier at 2359z and then off.  Carrier and audio back at around 0001z.  So far SIO 555

I checked RRO yesterday around 0030z and did not hear a signal.  Tried the Twente SDR and nothing there either.  Possibly transmitter problem for them?

Checked the for the broadcast again today.  Nothing at 0030z and 0052z either on the home RX or Twente.

They're back on 11620 tonight at 0045z.

Often they’ll use 9550 AM it could be issues with their transmitter on 11620 AM

28 SEP 2025 on 11620 0010-0155z, great signals for RRO, SIO555  Listened outside at the firepit on the DEGEN 1103 portable radio.

29 SEP 2025 on 11620 0001-0155z, great signals for RRO, SIO555  Listened outside at the firepit on the DEGEN 1103 portable radio.  Sounds like there’s a new bumper theme for one of the segments (between the program segments).  Also new? British accented reporter with European news.

Getting weaker as the broadcast continues.  S6 with QRM.   SIO 333

RRO coming in surprisingly well this evening.   Lots of storms to the west, but the band isn't that noisy.  S9+15 signal w/QSB.
