2344: music, on/off, just long enough to post, then gone

2346: back again a few seconds, then off again
2347: on a few seconds then gone
- might have been same stn. tuning up in AM on 6950, 6956, 6981 and others w/o modulation
2352: on 6950 2-3 seconds

I caught the tail end of a song playing at 2352 UTC via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR, then it was off.
