Which way should I QSY? The SDRs I monitor don't seem to hear it.  I could go up a wee bit...but I don't want to bother the hams too much.  Someone is on 6960.

0233 on Brookfield WI sdr with good/fair S9+10 to S9+20 signal, listening in stereo with SAS setting on sdr, heavy metal rock tunes, at 0240 50hz buzz and harmonics, Stern Radio ID by woman,

SINPO=45433, with occasional but quick fading. Really nice sound quality!

246- "Pisces" live session, by Jinger.
250- YL synth voice IDs twice (in German?, aber ich habe es nicht verstanden).
251- Pause, then OM synth voice IDs (with mention of Ohio?)
252- "Oblivion" by Lorna Shore.
