Found them at 1942 with Pop music and stout signal, 40 dB above the noise, that quickly deteriorated to about 20 dB above the noise.  17,000 Hertz bandwidth

You were hearing the spectrum waterfall ID thingy.  It sounds like the transmitter is blowing up.  Each image runs about 30 seconds.

Thanks for listening everyone.  Had someone provide me with an air recording of most of the show via a KiwiSDR using the SAS stereo setting.  This was off one of the wideband kiwisdrs.  This was really recorded off the air :)
