10 milliwatts from Croatia and decoded at K3FEF SDR in Milford PA, WSPR isn't good at conveying large amounts of information (it takes four minutes per cycle just to get basic info), but holy moly, 10 milliwatts covering 6954 km! It's always possible that the power isn't being self-reported properly (most are 200mw-5w, but I think the transmitter reports its own power so should be reliable) but if it is accurate that's pretty remarkable.

WSPR is kind of amazing at times.

I generally run 100-200 mWatts (10 to 13 dB [1.5 to 2.0 s-units] more than 9A3ZI) and get some pretty interesting reports from 10000-15000 km away. They are generally brief reports (maybe 1 spot out of 8 hours of 25-50% duty cycle transmissions) but for that brief moment everything was just right for my signal to pop above the noise at this one person's receiver.
