Playing radio with kiwis at work. Checking all over the US and this one sounds fair via Big Bend FL sdr. Still very noisy. 80's metal sounding hard rock.

2316 on Brookfield WI sdr with weak but clear S7-S9 signal, heavy metal rock music, at 2330 increased to S9+10, nice music, thanks, at 2348 SSTV/FAX,
