Huge signal at 1923 tune in: old Radio South Africa IS, ELWA Liberia IS. Off at 1925.

I heard it here, but it was incredibly weak, just barely audible.

I didn't hear this unfortunately, but it sounds like the type of programming featured on WLIS. It would be great if they would come back!
