started as Mencure Polica 5990 AM 1946 UTC 20 AUG 2025
I was on my main SDR in Yarm UK and came across a station on 1503 AM
It does have a ID that says "Classics that never stop! Mencure Policia, One hit after another!" I also heard a slightly shorter version of this but still had "Mencure Policia"
By the way it says it, the only countries that say it like that I've found are Spain and Portugal I am totaly just spitballing here,
I have found nothing on both the frequency or the name :( I might be looking into it too much maybe they just wanted a deep voice and its somewhere else.
edit by Ray : the right 1503 frequency in the title
(so this euro SW forum is not the right place for a MW station, but I will leave it here for today)
second edit : ID thanks to prldx (see below)

Spanish National Radio 5, either Galicia or Andalucia, 6 and 10 Kilowatts respectively would ne my guess.

I have not heard RNE5 for a while, but as RNE5 is the 24h info channel of RNE, it's unlikely to speak in English and broadcast international hits.

"Metropolis" instead of "Mencure Policia"
It's Radio Metropolis from Trieste, Italy.
