0213: OM talking unknown language, sounds like a numbers station
- mistake: I originally wrote "6925", but it's really 6920U
0231: a few seconds of what might be considered music of some sort, then silent/EOT

WinRadio  catch at 0218 with Klingon Numbers. 

S5 but very audible

SDR recording catch, heard from 0212 UTC with a very good signal overall.  Some occasional UTE QRM, but it was very weak.
Off at 0231
