0234 Even though it is reasonably strong at S8, tough to pull out because audio seems a bit light and there are competing static crashes.

poor in westrn NY, music S222, left the air only a moment later around 0230z

SDR recording catch, 0213 UTC sign on. Generally a very good signal, some static. Off at 0235 UTC, no ID heard.
