Pretty weak and fadey into GA, Peaks to S4, then down into the noise. 1544

Into some talk at 1545.

Also, seems to be a bit down from 6875...6874.8 ish.

WHYP on 6875 kHz AM, 1557 UTC 1/19/14

Pretty good signal but I have some kind of beacon on the frequency also... steady rhythmic tones. Might be local to me, I've been hearing weird stuff all over the place lately which no one else has reported.

Listening on the Realistic DX-394.... R-75 on the fritz at the moment.

20 over S-9.

1559 talk about the clarity of WHYP audio (from the original historical station, I presume)

1610 UTC- hearing the old 'militia bingo' show.

WHYP 6875 AM 15:40-16:33 1/19/14 SIO 353 with a big wide AM signal, Driver’s Seat, Grampa Brownyard with the weather report. Brian Ferry, Steel Breeze, a Couple clips of Jay. Good show and nice to hear JB back on the air

Fair here above the noise on 6824.8 KHZ more or less at tune in 1606 UTC. Hard to categorize what I'm hearing here! I guess some kind of a bingo game or something. "G48" followed by a bunch of G**Damn You's, then a faux Beatles-#9,#9,#9. "B-I-N-G-O" song and finally some instrumental music at 1616. 1623 an 80's sounding tune. Excellent audio peaking at S7, some fading and usual daytime band noise.
1627 UTC some kind of skit about car accident and cops.
