Sorry for the late report. I was in the car and too much of a boomer to know how to submit a report via my ancient I5s phone.

2100 SINFO - 34343 (On a 40 meter Hamstick while driving on the Southern Tier Expressway. Route 86.)
         Preaching Guy. Occasional audience sounds. (?I think?)

         That's about all I could gather because I was getting into Binghamton, N.Y. and it's a noise bucket. By the time I left the area Pescadores had either faded or was OTA.
