Someone just signed on, hearing some music, but waaaay down in the noise.

Music just popped up at 1945 UTC. Way down in the noise. I can hear a few drum beats but that is about all.
S4 noise floor Signal is S4 to S4.5 at best.

Also a carrier at 6926.2 at 1948
