SDR recording catch. 0221 sign on with some dead air, then into the Soviet Anthem. About an S7, and a lot of static, as was the case here all last night.

Radio Free Whatever, 1-22-14, *0221-0319*, 6.925U, sigs at S5-9, copy mucho mucho better now that he's in usb mode.....open with national anthem, t-shirt promo, and into music.........whoa.....BIG-TIME Power Jock ID/Promo at 0231 and back into music.....that sounded slick!  Also, "From us, to the ionosphere, to you, this is R. Free Whatever" at 0303.......again, nice.  Signal's pretty steady now at S7-9...good copy in usb mode.  off at 0319.
